What this website collects
This website does not run accounts, logins or a customer database. The Find My Motorhome brief and the storage enquiry form work entirely in your browser: your answers are only used to prepare a WhatsApp or email message that you choose to send. Nothing is stored on this website.
Information you send us
When you call, WhatsApp or email, we hold the details you give us — such as your name, contact details, budget guidance and vehicle requirements — so that we can respond and carry out the sourcing, import or storage service you asked about.
Sharing
Where you ask us to source a motorhome, relevant details may be shared with supplying dealerships, transport providers and the authorities involved in import, VRT and Irish registration. We do not sell your information.
Retention
We keep enquiry and transaction records only as long as is necessary for the service and for our legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email Eddie@luxurymotorhomeimports.ie and we will respond. You can also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission.
